Worst nightmare

Not happy with the service, booked an uber ride this morning it cost R178 i cancelled but the money already left my account by then. Same time i requested another ride which cost R223 funds were deducted from my account. As i am writing this review the R178 from the cancelled uber is still outstanding. I struggled to request another uber when i had to return home from the church service. After waiting the whole day for my refund the whole day Uber decide to debit another R258 for no reason i didn't even request a uber ride unfortunately i didn't have enough funds on my account so the charged me for insufficient funds. I am dissapointed and hurt by this service and the fact that ihave to pay for charges that i don't even understand, where is my refund?
