Worst experience

Worst experience with uber! I don’t even understand why they charge you before they pick you up! I’ve requested 2 rides! The 1st one cancelled and the second one is taking so long to pick me up, he is standing in one place. Worse i was charged before i was picked up on both!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!
