WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THEY DESERVE 0 STARS. Worst customer service ever! So difficult to try and get in touch, and when you do, there is a different agent handling the same query which is infuriating! My ride was higher than expected after the driver took a different route to a dangerous side of town and stopped at the garage for petrol (at that dangerous side). Yet, I am charged for it, and they can do nothing about it! They are worse than Bolt!
