Worst company to work with

The worst company I’ve worked with. No service delivery or support to dream of. As the only fleet owner in Knysna, I have marketed and grown the business single handed. The very unfortunate and most frustrating thing is that I pride myself with service excellence but the Uber consultants that is supposed to support this area cannot say the same. NEVER answers their phone and if they decide to get back to you it’s filled with excuses and no service delivery or a different staff member all the time. How does one grow a business like that? This is extremely poor.
