Worst company ever

I am apauled by their customer service call center in India. Every single person I spoke to act like robots and sound scripted with their generic responses. I have called 30 times if not more since March to get refunded on a trip they charged thrice. Spoke to a supervisor Abdallah W. who promised to call me back and never did. He got his staff to send me yet another generic email asking for the same card details they asked for and received a week ago. I cannot take it anymore. Wasted time, money and emotionally drained. I will never ever use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. They don't even deserve a one star rating.
