WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM UBER COLLECT DRIVER!

My colleague arranged a courier this morning with Uber Collect and the driver named Polite collected documents but did not deliver them and marked the trip as completed. We then found out that the documents were not delivered and when we spoke to the driver he was so unprofessional, rude and arrogant and told me that its not his job to deliver and that the person receiving must just be waiting for him outside the premises and he will hand over the package etc. He refused to go back and deliver and said he doesnt know what time he would be able to go back and that there needs to be someone waiting there to drop it off and hand to them outside the building. He ended the call by saying the documents will be dropped off at the head office in Pinelands and then put the phone off in my ear. We still have not received the documents. UBER COLLECT PLEASE URGENTLY CALL US! WE REQUIRE THE DOCUMENTS URGENTLY AS WE ARE A BUSINESS.
