Won't refund a trip I never took

In the chaos that is Greenpoint after a concert at the stadium, our expected driver, Shaheen, never picked us up yet have been charged for a "completed trip". I have complained and requested a refund 3 times, only to have the same robotic message parotted back each time. I wonder how many other concert goers were also fleeced that night??
