Windows Phone App Doesn't work

Well firstly Uber need to remove their app off windows store as it just doesn't work... Not only that, it doesn't let me remove my card details off their system. I then ask for help stating what phone I have and they send me instructions on how to get the app working but for an iphone not a lumia 830. Clearly their employees can't read and their developers don't have their software tested unless their software is tested by complete idiots.... I will make sure the app is removed off the windows store and their advertising on their site has the window store logo removed as it is false advertising. Especially when they claim the application works 100%.
