why is uber support so ****ty ?

I was with a group of friends on one occasion and a charger was dropped in the front of the car and was told it wasnt found so someone may have taken it. Second issue i had was a lift i ordered in norwood/orchards and i was charged R75 and the driver did not show i was only refunded R35. on another occasion not long after i ordered KFC with uber eats i paid cash R237.80. When i ordered it again a second time i was charged for my previous order i paid cash for. the facebook messaging doesnt work because i still have not had the problem resolved.
