Why is Uber itself and your IT department so incredibly ***********?

Uber I have been trying for over a year now, to contact you to find out how to change the miles distance shown to Kilometers. For some unaccountable reason Uber decided to change the measurement to miles from kilometers. Really how difficult can this be? And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled again., as per your instructions, Or is your IT department so *********** that you are unable to do something so simple?
