All interactions with UBER are done via cellular phones. WHY THEN do some of your drivers HOOT INSENSITIVELY when picking up their fares? If you fare is not waiting for you, PHONE THEM ON THEIR CELL PHONE.

I fully realise that UBER does not give a damn about these reviews but I am just venting my frustration.
