White Honda LK 36 RY GP

My friend from Limpopo ordered an Uber on Saturday 24/5/2025. This Uber driver did not turn up - she phoned him THREE times and he put the phone down. She then phoned another Uber [driver unknown] White Honda LK 36 RY GP. He was supposed to bring her to me, a mere 15 min. from Hatfield area. Since this young girl was new to Pretoria I became worried and phoned three times, spoke to him once and his reaction was 'I'm cancelling this ride' and his intention was to drop her off in Wonderboom at a garage! We live in the Menlyn Shopping Mall area [Pretoria East] - but he drove the wrong way, away from Pretoria East [Menlyn] and we traced her [With her friend also tracing her trip] on her way to Wonderboom. The driver became very arrogant and told her he is going to put his camera and microphone on to record when I phone again. The 15 min. trip became 1.45 hrs before he got to us - all the while telling her it's only 5 min. before he reaches us.... he was telling her 'only 5 min.' since the trip started!! Unbeknown to the girl, she believed him, until we managed to track the ride. Please fire this man from your staff - he is unable to read his GPS [our address was given to him before the drive] - and his attitude is unhealthy for your business.Track the White Honda LK 36 RY GP. I managed a Kruger Park student trip which was scheduled to leave 11:00 but they had to wait for her due to TWO Uber drivers' arrogance. The lady does not want to get in touch or give him a bad rating [afraid he will contact her by phone]
