I have been trying to find a contact link on your web page to contact you. <br> <br> Last night I requested to be picked up at my office and saw the Uber van in another suburb saying he has arrived. <br> <br> It was the wrong location and I tried to contact him but could not get through. I then cancelled as I could not contact him. This lead me to be charged.<br> <br> I need this amount refunded as I followed the instructions on your app and have used Uber twice before with no problems so it is not that I do not know how to use Uber.
