Whats up with Uber

<p>Ordered a trip, the driver could not find us abd he cancelled. Uber then charged us R25. Tried to complain ob the website but it does not allow us to select the trip. Come on Uber - been using you for two years. Dont charge me R25 because your driver cant follow his GPS </p>
