What you see is not what you get

I am booking uber comfort but the cars arriving is older than the cars that the Uber app is showing. Every single time I order Uber Comfort I am picked up by a car older than 5 years. Please explain how these cars are operating. I have the pictures as proof. But there’s no direct complaints email or phone number to contact Uber in South Africa
