WHAT DISCOUNT???????

Uber had recently promised me 25% off my next time rides. I was super excited, until the discounted amount was reversed in my back a count, only to be recharged later with the original account. This had happened a few times already, and because of the reversals it eventually ended up putting my account on a minus..... I really love Uber, but they shouldn't make promises that they cant keep :(
