watch out for Uber hoodlums

I have making use of Uber as a means of transportation with the most upheld respect, recently got assigned a driver by the name of Steven Baloyi who cheated me out of R250.00 for a recent trip, Steven did not end my trip immediately after I got off the vehicle, havibg not received my receipt I went online only to notice that it indicated that I was trip over five minutes later, not being to end the trip, I cancelled to avoid further charges, I then reported this to Uber, I was charged R88 instead of R53.00, later after the enquiry through further billed me 214 rather then giving me my refund, I tried communicating this error to date no one has responded or rectified the error. I have made use of Uber on many occasions and must say the service was excellent, but cannot for the life of me understand why they'd let this slip. All I want is my refund of R24 plus R214.00 which totals to R238.00, please Uber users be careful of these hoodlums that will take any opportunity to make a dime.Steven Baloyi drives a Hyundai Accent silver in colour.

Problem is I already did, and none of it has been rectified, I feel so hopeless, following the incident was ready to remove my card details as I felt cheated, that you can't do either, the frustration is that you are requesting assistance from Uber and can't speak to someone directly to really relate what happened.i even gave an example of my trip for pick up from the same place where the first guy dropped me off, I literally paid R59 for that trip, I even explained my frustration to my last driver and he assured me if I logged the call it would be sorted-on the contrary I was cheated of a further R214.
