Waiting time charged unfairly more than 3 times from Uber

Uber charges waiting time for trips. While the driver doesn’t wait for passenger. They will change for over 10mins it goes t make sense. I have complained before I have more than 3 trips charged previously for wait time. It wrong. Very wrong and they quick to blame drivers while it’s not drivers,
