Waiting 2 months for my refund from Uber

<p>I requested a trip from the Uber app 31/05/2017 early evening. I had to cancel th e trip becaue the app had my incorrect location etails. However the Uber app kept R255.00 of my money in reserve for the trip.</p> <p>I wrote to Uber and asked them for the money to be put back into my bank account, they told me due t process money can be held in reserve for 7 - 30 days. I waited the 30 days and mailed them back to ask where my refund was, aHusein Ali mailed me back to advise that I will get my money in 2 weeks. I since mailed them after waiting the 2 weeks and was told my money should be refunded in a few days. It's been 2 weeks later and still no refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still continue to use Uber regulary and one can say I am a loyal customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just need someone at Uber to do their job and give me back my money.</p>
