Wait and save option rip-off

Hi, this morning I had to book a ride for my daughter to go to school. It is about a 3.5 km trip. The rode was R42. I chose the wait and save option which was R37, because we had some time to wait. But after waiting 20 min. The wait and save option was nog available and ended up paying R77 for the trip. I complaint by my older daughter about what a ******* this wait and save option is, the she told me she tried the wait and save option for a ride that was originally R92, the after waiting the wait and save option was also not available anymore, and she ended up paying like R250 for her ride. On the app there is no I was ********** selection. And there no no direct email for Uber where some one can handle issues like this.
