Very unprofessional

They stole my suit today and Uber keeps sending the same message for the last 5 hours. Not recommended at all l lost a wedding suit because they hire *******. The person picked it up and waited for Abt 10 min l had to keep calling him and he eventually blocked him. Reported on support and no help at all they keep changing agents who will ask me the same thing all over again. I used to highly recommend them but today l see why people have been complaining. You guys can take the suit it's okay l hope this procedure of handling business works for you. Very disappointed! That's was a wedding suit so how do you want me to recover from this?
