Very Poor Service

Not happy with Uber service at all. So difficult to book an uber these days, waiting for ages, drivers cancelling after accepting a ride, twice now I was quoted a fee and then adjustment made after the trip for no apparent or valid reason. Now I have pending amounts/payments. Cars are not clean, cars are not in good condition, driver service most times so bad. Sometimes even expect us to open the boot and put in the luggage. Don’t even adjust seats to accommodate leg room.
