Very disappointing Uber!

I took a trip on Uber, when we got to my destination the Uber driver did not have data and couldn’t end the trip so I paid him the amount that Uber was saying I should pay on my phone. This uber driver never ended the ride and now I’m being charged for the uber driving running the trip way over from the time he dropped me off, I tried to call him to ask to end the ride but he’s not answering.
