Very disappointed

I requested a ride on Saturday in the early hours of thr morning I payed via the card I canceled the trip I was charged the cancelation fee which Is far enough ,my ride was R151 then Uber took the R45 which was the cancelation fee ,I have been waiting for my money that they charged me for my ride till today no communication from them so they charged me R151 even though I canceled the ride and ob top of that the cancelation fee I want my money back 🙃 🙂 I
