Very bad, I ordered food, gave the delivery person instructions on how to deliver
Very bad, I ordered food, gave the delivery person instructions on how to deliver. I called him a lot of times and all the time it went to voice mail. He then confirmed the order as delivered, they are now saying I was unreachable, and they will not refund me.

You say your delivery person stood for 8minutes - I stood for 30 minutes in the sun, calling him because he was getting lost - he did not respond, i called he for about 5 times. My colleague also directed him. Just call me and explain please.
