Vehicle onboarding

Good day

I have an issue with Uber and they turn around time stated on their app when it comes to onboarding a vehicle. It states 24 to 48 hours. However I have been waiting for more than a week for them to just approve a double disc. Made countless attempts to get hold of them and the greenhub is not available to assist
