Vehicle choice ripoff

I'm al almost convinced uber is intentionally trying to ***** over clients at the airport.

Spent amost 2 hrs waiting for uber to connect me to a driver. Drops my request every 10min forcing me to resubmit a request for black or van when my initial request was for go. Sat at the airport today with numerous other customers that were complaining about the same thing. Eventually requested a bolt
