Utter Disappointment

<p>I have never been in this situation ever since i started using uber, it actually seemed like this driver was using my ride a money making scheme for personal gain, he took the longest route to my destination, not only was i late for work but i also had to pay 4 times my normal rate. This is aburd and has to be dealt with, i want my money back.</p>
