Useless than taxis

Uber ride is just as useless as others these days, l have been sending emails and the app to get assistance on a double charge that was made and was told that the bank will refund it automatically but it's been 3 weeks now with no response from Uber and the bank says it wasn't reversed. I checked my statement but still not received and was deducted
