Useless support

Most useless support consultants ever. Apparently, I have two accounts: one as a rider and the other as a driver. I am not a driver. The contact details that I need on my rider account are apparently already in use. I need my partner's account to be deleted. It's rocket science, apparently. Your consultants are the stupidest and most *********** people I have ever interacted with!!!
