I will not ever use or allow any of our lodges guests to use your program again. I will boycott uber in every single instance as I have had to now pay for something work related because your program calibrated the incorrect amount. I begged you so many times I have given up and will now pay this amount. I will also write a grievance directly to the owner; if he gets it good, if he doesn't care wait for this empire to crash and burn. There is no service I've ever had that is more pathetic.
