Useless Customer service by Uber

Uber is a useless service ever especially when it comes a person losing their staff in the driver's cars you are only able to be assisted by an automotive response one can't even call their offices their drivers when one is able to get of them they are very arrogant and unwilling to assist but as commuters we try by all means to ensure the taxi drivers don't harass them Uber might as well stop with their services because in a way they are useless only good when it comes to deducting money when a trip is requested but customer service wise they are F***d up.... stay away from Uber because their drivers when it comes to phones lost in their cars forget you will get it unless it is an honest person but most drivers Midrand, Pretoria and Sandton stay away!!!!
