Useless and can not read basic english

Uber is a great transport private service. But their customer service experience is a load of s**t. I have been trying for nearly a month to cancel the uber one subscription as somehow it sign me up for the yearly fee and it renews on the 16th. I have been sending message left right and center trying for these ppl to cancel my subscription as on my app its not giving me an option.. and for uber support to understand this. I feel i need to talk another language for them to understand me.. they keep sending me the steps.. i keep telling them the same thing over over.. i don't even think complaining here is going to work.. ive tried...
