Useless!

I requested a ride on the 24th of December and the driver canceled but my account was debited, on the the 1st of January again same thing happened. I've been calling every day to get this sorted out and all I get is the stupid auto response from them. Their contact center is of no use, no email address to communicate with them, the help. Uber website directs you to the app. USELESS!!
