USED UBER DELIVERY SERVICE BUT DRIVER DISSAPPEAR

OK so this is what happend. I used Uber parcel delivery services. So i said this to them "Hi there a parcel was picked up today to be dropped off at my place but the driver never arrived and we tried calling him but his phone was off. It was a very important package. Please could you assist." I then got this reply "Hi Mariette, please send us the mobile number linked to your account so that we can help you ASAP. Then I kept on getting someone send me a link I must click on, which I did then they sent me a link to click on. I did what it asked me to do yet no one bothered to even get back to me" I again asked on 2 other occasions also on Facebook to only get the same reply "click on the link" and I already told them "The goods in transit was worth a couple of thousand rand" the then rep**** "Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please drop us a note here 👉 https://spr.ly/6002zK5ks ? Rest assured that our specialised team will follow up as soon as possible." Can you believe it! I then receive a email saying the driver will call me within 24 hours! Are you kidding me??? I told them it's a matter of urgency what the he'll. I will hold Uber personally responsible for the goods that by now is long gone due to there no care attitude especially knowing I used your UBER PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE" I mean really??? I am disgusted in this and I promise you that I will take this matter to the highest authority possible" and I will make sure that Uber pays back every penny and the amount of stress I have been going through the past 36 hours!
