Use Uber rides at your own risk

On Sunday evening right after 8 I took a cab with my baby and when I got off I forgot my bag in the cab from Sunday to Wednesday I have been logging the issue in their app with no reply I tried Facebook everyone is blocked from sending them any inboxes mind u my simcard is also in the bag I left there but I left a friends number when I logged the issue on the app on Wednesday the driver calls the number I left he tells her he has my thing he stays in Alex she needs to pay him to get the stuff, cut the long story short my things are still there with the driver bodly demanding rediculous amount of money and when logging in an issue it goes straight to the driver giving the control to mistreat passengers no wonder they **** kill and ******....the safety measures is now clear since you send your driver information to a friend it's up to your friend how they find you Uber will not take part in any of that. I deleted the app no more thank you very much
