urgently need my purse

On Friday 8th November a friend of mine requested an uber from my work place to my parents house at 15:31 arrival time 15:43, driver registered as Bangson. I was carrying 3 bangs a big black bag, a Luella/Foschini black carrier bag and a small blue purse written "beach babe" in gold. upon my arrival at my destination while taking out my things I left the purse in the car.

I reported this on Monday as I had to wait until we get to work because I had no way of contacting my colleague as my phone is in my purse. Uber has not responded and I am worried about my belongings as I had my ID card as well in that purse. I am highly disappointed in the way they are handling this matter. I am heavily pregnant therefore I need my phone and my ID card.
