Urgent: Uber driver left with my belongings after accepting private ride - Trip on 12 April 2026

One of their drivers accepted a private ride, and decided to take off my stuff. When I report him on Uber, Uber does not even address the problem. I have his Car description, Number plate and his picture.

I've sent an email to Uber and they not responding to my email, but instead they are redirecting me to their app, where they are still not allowing me to report the problem I'm facing at the moment.

This happened on Sunday, the 12th of April 2026 at 8:45 in Hillbrow 06 Bruce street.
