Urgent: Health & Safety Concern Regarding Uber Service

We would like to raise a serious concern regarding a recent ride taken on 13 February 2026. The driver assigned to our trip appeared visibly unwell, coughing throughout the journey, which we believe poses a potential health risk to passengers.

Following the ride, one of our executives experienced severe illness. While we cannot conclusively link this to the ride, the situation highlights the importance of ensuring that drivers maintain appropriate health standards.

We urge Uber to review and strengthen health and safety protocols for drivers to prevent any risk to passengers’ wellbeing in the future.
