Urber rides refunds.

I always use urber rides when I use my bank card they deduct more than 2 to 3 times when you contact them they confirm they have noticed the error they will reverse the money back to my account of which they don't I use the urber as the charges are reasonable but the theft/***** on mybank account I do need my money I have sent several massages as ii can't get to speak to their agents please help me get my money back into my account asits not once but several times.
