Up normal charges

I requested n cancelled the trio cos the driver was taking long for a trip I was to take 5 minutes waiting time I waited for more than ten minutes, then cancelled, it was around R257. It was never refunded I then requested again chared the same amount... fine then there's additional charges in in my account pls don't charge us for nothing. Pls refund my money
