Unsatisfied customer.

Hi Uber team,

I'm truly not happy with the service, I requested a ride that was R232.00, and the waiting time fro the ride was 10 minutes. I waited because I was using the wait and save option. Then 10 minutes later the car gets there and it started raining. On the was to my destination there was traffic and we came across 2 accidents on the way. So you can a imagine a trip that was meant to be less than 45 minutes ended up being hour plus (1+ H) because of the traffic we encountered.

What I don't understand is why was I then charged an editional R163.00,because I didn't make any stop on the road no had the driver to wait for me.

Moreover, this is not the first time this is happening the other day I requested with cash the trip was R202 when we got to the destination I was charged R292 an additional R90 extra. What would have happened if I didn't have extra cash on my ,because we all know that the guy was going to humiliate me.
