Unsatisfied customer

I have a had huge problem with Uber. Other then the fact that I used Uber almost on daily basis. They gave me Promotion discount of R80 for every 5 rides. I am already on my 15 ride since the promotion and not promo voucher or code. They kept on saying that they are looking into it. I spend almost R2000 on their per month and this is the service or rewards that I got from them. Sorry we need technical support to look into the matter
