Unsatisfactory response time

Horrible service, Uber driver drove off with my months groceries, advised Uber support and I find their response to have no urgentcy. I should be refunded for my groceries as the driver works for them and should be vetted by them. How can someone drive off when they helped you load the groceries this seems like an intentional act. One star is even too much for this rating... this deserves no stars...
