Unsafe Experience

lastnight took and uber then the driver drove recklessly after I told him to slow down, he then proceeded to drive knowing that there was an accident that occurred and caused traffic. He then knocked a guy in the road i jumped out and he drove off without stopping to check on the guy. The driver drove away with my parcels and left me on the side of the road to find my own way home after 8pm in the evening. I then had to book myself another uber to get home. I reported this to uber and I'm still waiting on them to get back to me and the driver did not even return my parcel. I will not recommend uber going forward to anyone they even removed the drivers contact number so I could not call him to return my packages.
