UNSAFE AND UNRELIABLE

I use Uber almost daily but the service it getting worst by the day. Drivers choose according to the amount and decide to cancel most of the time which makes the waiting period even longer for me. An uber confirmed the ride yesterday, the weather was terrible and after fetching me he stopped in the middle of the road and said he cannot take me to my area as he will get a fine. I dont live in a rural or dangerous area but he expected me as a woman to jump off in the rain in the middle of the road. He shouldn't have accepted the ride in the first place instead of fetching me and asking me to jump off
