UNRELIABLE UBER PACKAGE driver - Ednah Kgaugelo - Grey VW Polo Vivo - MD76VN GP

Booked Uber courier on the 12th of Aug. Uber arrives at the wrong address, never delivered the package, but marks it as delivered. My client tried contacting the Uber on the app because she was tracking him and saw that he was at the wrong place. He ignored all the messages and calls. I’ve reached out to Uber numerous times on a daily basis but keep getting automated responses. I’m not getting any human reaction from them. They have since said that their last package (more like the spitefully not delivered package) was found in the Uber car and he will be in contact with me. I’m still waiting for him to get into contact. I tried calling the numbers that was initially given on the app but it drinks twice and then dies. It’s been a week and I have not yet received my package Uber also has not yet refunded my delivery. I know I have to replace my clients package as well. Not only does this look bad for me as a company but it’s also very frustrating because it’s costing me more money now!!
