UNRELIABLE SERVICE

On Friday 22 Oct 2021, I booked an Uber trip from Benoni to 9.R.Tambo airport for Sunday 24th Oct 2021. The booking was accepted and the trip scheduled. On Sunday morning I was notified the driver was 20 mins away, then 6mins away, then 2 mins away and 10 minutes later I was notified that there is no driver available!! We needed to be at the airport at 5.30am and suddenly at 5.10am had to scramble to try and make other arrangements to get there asap!! I think this is absolutely disgusting service and to leave 2 ladies stranded is even worse. It is now costing me R544 for long term parking at the airport, instead of the R263 Uber fare I had budgeted for. I feel that Uber should refund me the difference between the 2 of R281.00
