Unreliable Public Transport

Good day,

Really very disappointed in Uber Rides. Got this app for a long time on my phone, but lately it is not worth having. Unreliable and a disgrace public transport. Saturday the 24th June 2023 where trying to get a ride from Paarl Mall Cecilia Street to Bossa Nova Paarl Main Street. Try numerous times on the app (see 4 cars in the area on the map) not even one respond. Try from 17h15 to 18h16 and had to walk home in darkness and a dangerous zone near the station. Also message for help on the app three times. Will never make use of Uber ever again.
