Unreliable , Didn't pitch up

I made a book for a car via my Uber app the evening before for the next morning at 5.45am. Approximately 5.40am, i started to panic as the app showed no driver available. At 5.45 am still no driver can be found. I called the support centre but a robot tells me the support centre is unavailable. I had to be at Vincent Pallotti hospital for a medical procedure and just couldn't wait any longer. No Uber arrived and i had to drive myself. I was later told that I must try again as no driver could be found. I find UBer's service shocking and most disappointing. I have removed my Uber app and shall never use or recommend UBER to anyone as they have prven to me that they are totally unreliable.
